We were 10 people, including three kids, and the receptionist arranged a van for our local tours at a good rate. Our rooms were clean, with good air conditioning and instant hot water, and the family rooms worked well for small families. We arrived in the morning even though check-in was in the evening, and the staff kindly offered early check-in, which really helped our family. The hotel is close to many shopping malls, money exchange places, 7-Eleven shops, street food stalls, and restaurants. Friendly service and a convenient place to stay. Recommended.

The location was the only real positive for me: street food, small restaurants, 7-Eleven, and CentralWorld are all within walking distance. The price is fair for a budget hotel, but this isn't boutique. The room was an okay size, though it didn't look like the photos and clearly needs renovation. Cleanliness was the biggest problem. There were cockroaches everywhere, especially on the 3rd floor, and I killed 6-7 a day. Reception knew about them, but I got no apology or recovery. The elevator is small and very slow. One Thai lady at reception was friendly and helpful, but the rest of the team had no customer service skills and didn't smile. Housekeeping showed more hospitality than the front desk. I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed nine nights in a calm, very quiet place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the major shopping hubs in Bangkok are just a few minutes away on foot. I totally recommend it and will definitely come back on my next trip.

I paid on Booking.com for a week, but at the hotel they told me I'd only paid for three days. They called Booking.com and cancelled my booking. I wasn't the only person there dealing with the same situation. They refunded me, so I ended up enjoying three days there for free. Still, this felt like a scam. Don't visit this hotel. You'll pay the price advertised online and they'll try to get you to pay more.

The location was a highlight, and having a parking spot made things even more convenient. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. I'd definitely come back.
