The hotel itself made for a wonderful stay: our room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The problem was our visit to Studio Bar on the night of 18/2/26. The male staff member on duty came across as arrogant and unfriendly. We had already paid the high corkage fee for two bottles of wine, yet he wanted to charge us for a few lemon slices and peanuts too. On previous nights, a friendly female staff member had provided those at no extra charge as part of the corkage. That encounter spoiled an otherwise lovely visit. I hope management looks into it, because the hotel has a lot to offer.

Our family stayed at Pathumwan Princess Hotel from 2026/2/3 to 2026/2/7, and we were very happy with every part of the visit. Coming back to a warm, perfectly prepared room after a tiring day made us feel at home. The housekeeping team working on Thursday, February 5, 2026, deserves special thanks for that. The Evening Hors d’Oeuvres staff were also so kind, attentive, and welcoming, and made that experience feel special. Please pass our heartfelt thanks to both teams. They helped make the stay unforgettable.

Ken, the Guest Services Manager, made a real difference by coming to our room himself to check that everything was all right and ask if we needed help. He was welcoming, polite, and professional, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and caring. We found the rooms spacious, spotless, modern, and well looked after. The bathroom had the essentials, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, and the shower had strong pressure and hot water, much appreciated after walking around Bangkok. Breakfast had plenty of variety and good quality, served in a large, well arranged dining area. Pathumwan Princess Hotel felt luxurious, elegant, and comfortable throughout. A great choice for a premium stay in Bangkok. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

Even with the hotel full during Chinese New Year, the team kept things running smoothly from the moment I arrived. Check-in was quick, and everyone was professional, welcoming, and attentive. My room was clean, comfortable, and ready for me, so I could unwind after a long day. I appreciated how personal the service still felt despite the crowds. This was another pleasant, memorable return to Pathumwan Princess Hotel. Thanks to everyone who looked after me. I hope to be back soon.

Our suite came with daily lounge access, where breakfast, happy hour food, and drinks were available. The hotel also has a spa, a large pool with jacuzzis, and a big gym with a range of equipment. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a large refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and plates. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location right beside MBK shopping centre was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back on a future visit.
