Both rooms we stayed in were clean and spacious, and the price was affordable. On our first booking, which was for nine days, we had a room with a laundry area where we could hang our clothes. The staff were kind and helpful. We booked a different room the second time and it was clean and spacious too. I recommend this place if you want somewhere good and affordable.

The rooms are dated, though they’ve been getting updated, and they’re spacious and clean. The staff are wonderful to work with. For the price, you can’t beat it.

I really like this hotel and would come back if I return to Bangkok. I met a good friend here, too. It’s very close to the Metro, with good food about five minutes away and Khlong Toei market around seven minutes away. The rooms and toilets are very clean, and the soap smells nice. The older lady who cleans the rooms is welcoming and very nice. There’s a 300 THB deposit, based on the price in 2023.

The location wasn’t great. You can’t really see the local neighborhood, taxis aren’t easy to call, and you have to walk about ten minutes to find a restaurant. The service, though, was perfect: the hotel owner is very kind, the family owns the place, one person speaks English, and the room gets cleaned every day.

The window is tiny and hard to close, and the owner is grumpy. Not someone you’d want to be around.
