RakYim Siam Sukhumvit 15 Hotel

I’m posting here because I haven’t had a reply to my email. Could you please help confirm a couple of details about my upcoming booking? My flight lands at Bangkok Airport early on April 4, and I expect to reach the hotel around 02:30 AM. Could I check in then? For my departure, my flight to Taipei leaves at 02:40 AM on April 6, so I’d like to check out late on April 5, around 08:30 PM (20:30). Please let me know whether either request is possible and whether there would be extra fees. If I need to reserve another night to secure the room, please advise. Many thanks.

After quick, busy days exploring Bangkok, it was nice to have a calm, comfortable room to return to. Ours was spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and lovely, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There’s a canal boat at the end of the road, which was a lot of fun. Great location for exploring the city.

I contacted the hotel about my missing watch, and the team sprang into action. The managers and cleaners checked the cameras together, and by the end of the morning we worked out that I’d lost it somewhere outside the hotel the day before I arrived. I’m very grateful for their quick response, care, and professionalism. Such a supportive team, and a really good experience.

The junior suite I had for two weeks was great, with a couch, table, desk, walk-in shower, good bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The AC kept the Bangkok heat manageable, and the internet was great. There’s a complimentary short-distance shuttle too. I’ve been traveling around the world for four months, and this is my favorite hotel. The staff were great, and the room service was always good. Food and drinks were great too, though they missed a few sauces now and then. Breakfast was pretty good, I always got eggs. If you want somewhere to rest, sleep, and have fun, I recommend it. Ten out of ten.
