I spent seven days here, so it wasn’t a small expense, and I left feeling disappointed. I expected the hospitality to match a well-known brand, but staff training seems inconsistent. Some housekeeping staff were very kind, while others didn’t seem properly trained. The night front desk staff spoke in a way that felt disrespectful, as though they looked down on guests, and the night security staff weren’t welcoming, which made me uneasy. The daytime security team did their job well and were fine. There were good points: the restaurant team provided excellent service, and the restaurant on the 18th floor stayed open until 4 a.m. with very good service. The room was average but not bad, and the view was good. Parking was available, though a little inconvenient. I’m giving three stars for the service overall and hope the training issues improve.

The staff made arriving easy, especially Aosim, Jenny, and Benz, who were kind and ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and I found the design and relaxed feel welcoming after a long day in the city. The team took care of things so well that the stay felt effortless and memorable. I’d recommend Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 for a pleasant, comfortable visit to Bangkok.

Room 5016 isn’t quiet: the bar downstairs starts playing LOUD MUSIC at 11.30 PM. The receptionist who first checked us in had said he was giving us a quiet room, which was a lie. Thankfully, the evening receptionist was friendly and let us switch rooms around midnight. The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were large and clean. Everything else was good. The area is interesting, maybe a little sleepy at night, but people were still out eating, and public transport is very convenient.

Jinny and Aomsin at reception made the stay memorable. They welcomed us warmly when we checked in, were professional and helpful, and surprised us with a room upgrade after our long journey. That thoughtful gesture made a real difference.

The team’s kindness made my stay at Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 memorable. Nemo, Mat, and Jenny from the GSA team, along with Toi and Tam from Bell services, were welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade and arranged a 20% discount at the hotel bar, both of which I really appreciated. It’s nice when staff make guests feel valued, and this team did that with warmth and professionalism. I’d recommend staying around Sukhumvit Soi 11, especially for this service. 👏✨
