I’ve been here for a few months and really like the rooftop garden hammock and sky gym. There’s also a small convenience shop downstairs in the lobby for everyday basics and quick snacks. The woman working in the office is usually friendly and helpful.
The location is really convenient, with lots of food places nearby and a BTS station. The building is well kept, though it seems mostly rented out. The lobby is usually dark and there isn’t much activity, but there are security staff at the front and the parking is good.
The studio was comfortable, and I had no complaints. The elevators were so fast that there was hardly any wait. It’s under a five-minute walk to the metro. The gym was very nice, though it wasn’t air conditioned in the morning. I didn’t try the pool or sauna, but it was nice to have those options. I’d come back.
The pool stays open until 11 PM, and there’s a bathroom and sauna in the pool garden area. Rooms are a decent size and come with a washing machine and balcony. The location is great, close to the train and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The facilities and location are quite nice, but my experience with the Taiwan owner was awful. The door and tap were broken when I moved in. I reported both, and the owner said they’d be fixed, but nothing was done during my lease. When I moved out, the owner overcharged me from the deposit. I’m really upset about how they treated me and how long they went without replying. I’ll never sign a contract with them again. Be careful, you could lose more of your deposit than you expect.
