I've stayed here several times for short stays, and it's always been a nice experience and good value. The sheets are clean, the mattress is comfortably firm, the pillows are soft, and the towels seemed recently renewed. There's a huge TV with YouTube, Netflix, local channels, and even Prime. Rooms come with or without a stove and small kitchen, and all have microwaves. The Wi-Fi is fast, and there's a small gym downstairs beside the self-service laundry. Hot showers, no bed bugs, and cleaning is almost daily. There's also a little shop downstairs with water and snacks. The area is quiet and green, with a 7-11 nearby. It's close to BTS Sri Udom (yellow line), with The Central nearby, Seacon square shopping mall one BTS stop away, and Rama 9 park close too. Grab Food has lots of choices from there and from Mega Bangna, which isn't far. It's not far from the Airport either. There aren't many sidewalks, so getting around on foot may be less convenient, though I'd say that's normal for Asia. I always stay here when I'm in this area. Love it.

A good budget hotel for short or longer stays, with excellent staff service and an easygoing, hassle-free feel. The entrance security is better, parking is plentiful, and the spacious rooms are well ventilated. It's quiet across the many floors, which made for restful sleep. The washing machine and microwave downstairs were useful conveniences.

A cosy, comfortable hotel in a quiet spot, though a bit farther away from everyone. You can still get there by motorbike or taxi, and Udom Suk, with lots of eateries and things happening, is about 10 minutes away. Railway construction is still going on around here. Once it's finished, I'm sure more people will come to the area.

For the price and location, this is definitely a very good low-budget hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. The only downside I found was that the bathrooms are a little outlived.

Good location, clean hotel, and a good-sized room. The TV channels are very basic, just CNN and Fox Movie. There's a small gym that's adequate, though it's a pity there's no pool. Staff were okay but could be friendlier. Overall, good.
