I passed by again on January 4th, 2026, and the place was closed. The windows were boarded up and there were two gates on the property. It definitely wasn't open. If you've seen a review for it from the past year, it won't reflect an open business, since it hasn't been open for a year or more. Not sure how some of those recent reviews got posted.

The hotel is tidy, very clean and quiet, with friendly staff, an elevator, and a pool. It's conveniently between Nana and Ask Skytrain stations. A little dated, but the fresh-looking paint helps. The usual issue with Thai beds being too hard applies here too. I highly recommend it. For anyone wondering, it's joiner friendly, and nightlife is within walking distance.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. It's a nice Bangkok stay, about a three-minute walk from the main street, so there isn't a crowd right around the place. Nana Sky Train station is nearby.

It's a simple, clean hotel, not a luxury one. What makes it such a nice place is the staff. They treat you like family, almost like staying at your auntie's house. Try the 99 baht breakfast just before Sukhumvit. The hotel's own breakfast for 150 baht isn't that great.
