The facilities are a real plus: the pool, gym, work room, cafeteria, and a roomy terrace with lovely views where you can spend time with friends or pets. The rooms are also very good, with a broad range of quality services. But what made my first stay memorable was how the team helped when I had a problem with a tooth implant and the pain became worrying. Reception and concierge worked to get me a same-day appointment at a nearby hospital and checked the technical details needed for the dentist to treat me effectively. It worked, and I left the dentist without pain. I'm grateful for the care I received and would stay here again. The hotel has gained a new customer.

This is my second visit, and I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. The room was very spacious for the price, quiet enough for light sleepers, and had a comfortable bed. The meeting room has plug points for working, and there's a well-equipped gym and a small pool. It's a modern, very clean hotel with a minimalist-chic look, and the service feels five-star while the place has a boutique feel. It's on a quiet soi, a few minutes from One Bangkok and Lumpini MRT, though the MRT and BTS aren't within walking distance. The hotel runs a weekday shuttle. TOPS supermarket is a three-minute walk, with restaurants, massage places, and bakeries nearby. On certain days there's a local night market across the street. Thanks to Khun Bank, Mink, Yu, and Amy for making me feel at home. Looking forward to returning.

The neighborhood has plenty around, but walking along Yen-Akat Road is a bit difficult and public transit is hard to reach. Still, I'd stay again. The rooms are modern and very nice, and service was outstanding, especially from the cleaning and bell teams, including Bank, Oat, and Top. The warm pool has loungers in the sun and under cover, plus jets if you can find the button. The gym is small but good, and laundry machines are free.

Whenever I get the chance to visit Bangkok, I choose this hotel because it gives me a pleasant, dependable stay. It's convenient for getting around, and the welcoming atmosphere is relaxing from the moment we arrive. It's a great fit for guests traveling with pets, and the staff are polite, professional, and attentive to both people and pets. Khun Bank, Khun Oat, and Khun Jay were especially helpful with our luggage, always friendly and easy to approach, and greeted us with warm smiles. The reception staff were lovely too. Everyone I met was wonderful, and their care made the visit memorable. Thank you so much.
