We paid 400 baht for a double room with AC and a shared bathroom, which made this an affordable Bangkok stay. It’s a modest guesthouse with just two rooms, very clean and close enough to public transport. The surrounding residential area is quiet.

There are lots of restaurants along the way to Sirs house. Sira house is in a pleasant environment and near Lat Phrao MRT station.

A really peaceful local place. The owner was super welcoming and helped us out with some great tips about the area. I’d recommend it if you want to discover the real Bangkok 😊

It’s close to the metro and a supermarket. I love the plants growing along the guesthouse wall.
