Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road by IHG

The design at Hotel Indigo has a stylish look and a strong local touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. I spent two nights there and had a great time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a cozy bed that made for a good night’s sleep. I also used the pool and fitness center, both clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a nice selection of Thai and international dishes, all good quality. A relaxing stay, and I’d definitely return.

We started our honeymoon in Thailand here, and it was fantastic. The hotel is well located, and the breakfasts were delicious. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, even helping me get my hat back after I left it at a restaurant. We loved our stay.

We had a balcony room where we could watch beautiful sunrises over Bangkok. The hotel is in a very safe area, near several shopping malls, including Siam Paragon, which is worth a visit. We really liked the local Thai options at breakfast, especially, though there was a great variety overall. The Skybar was a lovely place to relax with views of the Sukhumvit skyline, and it wasn’t crowded at all. Hotel Indigo exceeded our expectations, and we’ll stay there again when we return to Bangkok.

Aom at reception was especially helpful, and the staff overall were attentive and extremely helpful. I’d strongly recommend the property. Even with the room design issues, it’s become my personal favorite in Bangkok. The rooftop bar is beautiful and worth visiting, and breakfast had a pretty good spread. I loved the bathrooms. The location worked very well for me, close to an area with some of the biggest fashion labels, as well as malls, street shopping, and a night market. The rooms are nicely done and large. Mine had lots of natural light, a balcony, plenty of water, and a well-stocked bar. There were a few annoyances in the design. The lighting is very dim, and I’d like the option of brighter light. A door blocks the luggage rack, making it awkward to reach. The air conditioning only turns on when someone is in the room, so it was very hot when I returned and took a good 45 minutes to become comfortable. That would have been fine if there’d been a ceiling fan. Still, go ahead and book, you won’t be disappointed.
