A nice place for a vacation. The reception staff are friendly, and I loved staying here.

There’s a good restaurant right next to the hotel for dinner, and 7/11 and washing machine facilities are just a minute away. For coffee or other food, though, you have to go outside the hotel. The room was good and hygienic, and they keep the place in good shape. They cleaned it every day without us having to ask, unlike at other hotels we stayed in Bangkok. A good experience and worth the stay.

I had a deeply upsetting check-in and stay. The receptionist was shockingly rude and unprofessional, and I felt she treated me with racism. She demanded a 500 baht deposit for the access card, though that charge wasn’t mentioned in my Agoda booking confirmation, which contradicted what I’d been told when I reserved and caused real inconvenience. Later, around 11 pm, someone called and spoke rudely, demanding my attention without even greeting me. When he came to the room, he continued in an aggressive, unprofessional way and asked inappropriate questions about my nationality. He tried to force his way into my room, which felt like a serious violation of my privacy and rights as a customer. The whole atmosphere was unsettling and left me with the impression that the hotel was run by people involved in corruption. I’m sharing this negative experience and strongly advise potential guests to avoid this overpriced, frighteningly inhospitable place.

I had no connection problems when using the internet, and the WiFi was fast. The location worked well: it’s easy to take a motorbike taxi to Lad Phrao MRT, there’s a 7-11 opposite, and a Thai restaurant right in front. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with reasonable prices.
