The dining room was very dirty, and we could hear dogs barking all night. There were no towels or pillows in the room, so we had to ask reception for them. The water was cut off for more than 24 hours, and we ended up having to shower by the pool in freezing water. The television didn’t work either. We arrived at check-in time but still waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our room. Catastrophic, don’t come here. The worst hotel in Bangkok. Shame!

The doors between the rooms let every sound through. Our neighbors were very noisy and watched TV late into the night, which was the worst part of the stay. The hotel looks quite worn, and I wouldn’t really recommend it. The receptionist didn’t speak English, though that wasn’t surprising since we were the only foreigners and everyone else staying there was local. I’d choose a different hotel.

There’s a night market just a five minute walk away, and the rooftop swimming pool is amazing. My room was big and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and recommend the hotel.

The price is good, but the room you get may look like the pictures or may be something else. Mine was different, so I managed to switch to a new room, and the difference was like day and night. The AC worked, though there was no remote, so I had to use the buttons. The TV only showed snow.
