A real plus is the fast, high-speed WiFi, which is a blessing to find in some hotels. The hotel is modern and clean, has all the basic facilities, and gives great service. Rooms are a bit compact, as you’d expect in such a central location, and breakfast is reasonable. The location is especially good for Muslim and Indian travellers. Nat Arabic food and street market are literally a 2-minute walk away, there’s a good massage place nearby, and Nana BTS station is about 10 minutes on foot. A Tuktuk from there can bring you here for about TBH100. I’d definitely suggest staying here.

This was my second stay here, and it’s a solid place in Bangkok. My housekeeper, yuyu, did an excellent job, and everything was immaculate. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is included and has a good variety of options. The fitness center could use heavier dumbbells. It wouldn’t cost much to upgrade them, and that would make it a better experience.

After five nights, the breakfast staff were what I loved most. Every lady on shift had an amazing attitude, even better than staff at 5-star hotels. Paver (or Paer?) was especially lovely, hardworking, and always smiling. Another lady, whose name I didn’t catch and who often wears a hairpin, was enthusiastic even when I saw her outside breakfast hours. During meals she was attentive, reheated my soup, and brought it to my table. Those two women in the restaurant are real highlights of the hotel. There was also a slender woman at the front desk who made a strong impression. I stayed from February 9th to 14th, 2026.

After a long 10-hour flight, I reached Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality at 9:45 AM. Check-in wasn’t officially until 2:00 PM, but the staff arranged my room and I was in by 10:30 AM. I really appreciated that after the journey. I had a wonderful 3-day stay. The staff were professional and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. It was an excellent experience, and I’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
