The place isn’t good for families. The staff are friendly, but the food restaurant is by the road, which makes it confusing to figure out who to contact for check-in. Only one charging point is available, and the plugs don’t work properly. The AC is only a fan, the sofa is torn, and there are no street lights in the area.

We left the next day and moved to the 12PM Bangkok, which we found to be a great hotel at the same price in a safe area. We’d booked one night here for a business trip, but wanted to cancel on arrival and couldn’t get a refund because we’d paid online. Reception staff were nice, but first said the room would be ready at 9:00 AM, then delayed it to 12:30 PM, and then to 2:00 PM. The room was a nightmare once we finally got in. It was dirty and run-down, with insects. The bathroom was very hot and smelled bad, a pipe was leaking, and there were lots of ants around the sink. The only good thing in the room was the air conditioning. The hotel is on Nana Plaza Street. There are prostitutes and ladyboys every 10 meters who approach and touch you constantly, or even assault you if you refuse to be touched. I felt the street was very unsafe, with a lot of strange things happening. Be careful with yourself and your belongings.
