The staff were kind, helpful, and upbeat, and their customer service is what really makes the hotel stand out. My room was clean and in good condition, and all the charges were accurate and straightforward. It’s a simple hotel with good value. Panya Market, Fashion Island/The Promenade, the MRT pink line, and street vendors are nearby, with massage, shopping, meals at different price levels, and wine or cocktails just around the corner. 7 Eleven is even closer for food, drinks, and supplies. I’d stay again if I were in the area. Thanks for making it a great trip!

The staff were caring and helped me very well when I needed assistance. The breakfast was excellent, with good choices. The location suited me for an appointment at Intralat Hospital. They could use signs on every floor asking guests not to talk in the corridors. The sound echoes there and makes people speak louder.

I stayed here many times, usually for 30-90 days at a time. The employees were generally helpful, it’s very close to fashion island, and the rooms were clean. I never saw cockroaches. But I won’t stay again. The price used to be 12,000 baht a month plus electricity, which seemed fair for what you got. Now it has gone up a lot, and there are good quality hotels in the area for the same price. A lot depends on which side of the building you get. Half the rooms face the road, and they can get really loud. Electricity, water, and internet are unreliable. Sometimes there’s no warm water, and once I went several days without water pressure. The internet has gone out many times, sometimes for a whole day, and gets slow when nearby guests are using it. The Wi-Fi codes expiring every 24 hours are incredibly annoying. If people stay a month, the internet should work for the whole month, not just one day. There’s a no-smoking policy, but I smelled cigarette smoke in the elevator and near my room many times. Keep track of your deposit too. On my last stay, they said it would be returned by bank transfer in 7-10 days, but after more than three weeks I still hadn’t received it. I had to call and remind them, and then it came back a couple of hours later.

The resort sits back from the street, so traffic noise wasn’t an issue, though you may want mosquito repellent. Our room had an old-fashioned key and knob lock, and the door let through every sound from the corridor. Staff often shut doors loudly while servicing rooms, and sometimes chatted and laughed outside, so I had plenty of wake-up-and-fall-back-asleep moments. For Neon Countdown Festival, it was about a 20-minute walk to the venue. Promenade and Fashion island were around five minutes away on foot for food and shopping, with late-night options near Aeon MaxValu. A 7-11 right beside the resort had a delicious yen ta fo soup cart. The room was a typical resort chalet. I had to ask at the counter for a hair dryer, and the Wi-Fi password changed daily, so I needed to go back downstairs to get it. The staff didn’t speak much English. There was no nearby laundry service that I found, only dry cleaning. Also, don’t flush tissues, the toilet clogged very easily.
