Tara Place

The friendly reception team greeted me whenever we crossed paths, and the cleaners were just as responsive and kind. They answered all my questions and did their best to help. I slept really well and felt relaxed, almost at home during my time in Bangkok. It’s close to the pier and Khao San Rd, and given the price and service, I’d highly recommend staying here.

The room was very clean and the location was great, but there were mosquitoes inside. I expected a city view and didn’t get one, and my keycard stopped working before checkout time. It was a decent stay, though management should improve these details.

There are lovely little streets, cafés, and places to walk around nearby. The prices are very competitive for the quality, and the staff made us comfortable from the moment we arrived with a really warm welcome. I enjoyed my stay here.

I liked how much space there was in the room, and it was easy to get to it by stairs or lift. It was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were big and soft. They left sealed bottles of water daily, too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having security at the front reception around the clock felt reassuring when we came back late. Tara Place is handy for restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets like seven 11, Khao San Road, tuk tuks, temples, and more.
