It was our first visit, and we politely asked if we could leave our things there. The person we spoke to, who was chubby and dark-skinned, reacted with obvious irritation and said, “Which building? Just put it there.” They could simply have told us that leaving our belongings there was fine.

There’s plenty of room around the complex for a walk, and having a convenience store there is handy. On weekdays, I also liked the food court inside. The place is clean and comfortable.

At Building D in Phase 1, I asked the guard whether I needed to swap cards to park. He told me I could drive in and park without exchanging one. After I returned, my wheel had been locked and I was charged 1,000 baht. A guard from another phase then said I should know the rules before entering. I really dislike being treated this way. It feels like extortion, and the fact that it was a different phase doesn’t make it okay. I condemn this behavior.
