I hadn't expected much, but this place turned out to be a really good deal. My wife and I arrived around 7 a.m. and only needed a few hours before we could check into our main hotel. It's basic, without a fancy reception, but the rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Great value if you want somewhere simple and affordable. Just note there's no elevator.

It's a plain place, but I really liked being in this less touristy part of Bangkok, away from the tourist traps. The staff were lovely, coffee is free, and nobody bothered me. There are two washing machines and a rooftop spot to hang clothes to dry. Lots of food delivery choices nearby too. I'd happily come back.

The rooms are clean and have either a fan or air conditioning, but the dogs are so noisy at night, all night long. Not many people seem to stay here because of that.

I stayed here on a trip to Thailand. The rooms are large for the low price, which makes it a good option if you're from the United States. While I was there, I heard what sounded like one dog being attacked by three others. I don't know if that still happens.

A good pick for backpackers. You can book one room for four people, and they give you free breakfast snacks, plus coffee or tea in the morning.
