I spent a pleasant year here. The room was clean and cozy, and the rate was reasonable. The housemaid and landlord were patient, nice, and helpful. It’s in an excellent spot for Mahidol, the area is quiet, and the bus station and shops are easy to reach.

I stayed for five months and found it a good choice if you want an affordable place with the basics: air conditioning, a heater, fridge, Wi-Fi, and permission to cook. The owner was kind and understanding. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful too, even though she didn't speak English. I'd recommend it.

There’s enough room for two students, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The building is a little old, but the owner and housemaid were patient and friendly. It’s also close to Mahidol University and the markets.
