The Cozy 77 - No Parking

Everything else was perfect, and the location is really convenient, right by a PTT gas station and a 7-Eleven. The rooms don’t block sound, though, so a lot of outside noise gets in. Avoid a street-facing room and ask for one farther inside.

Soundproofing in the room was very poor. During check-in, I rang the doorbell three times without an answer and had to call instead. Checking out was difficult too. I even shouted that I was returning the key, but nobody came.

The cleaning service was awful. They took down the cleaning sign and then didn’t come for days. When I messaged, the admin said, “The housekeeper will come soon.” Is the housekeeper your friend, admin? The reply made it seem like they didn’t want to provide service. Everything else was good, but the service was terrible. I forgot something important and called, and instead of a polite answer, I got, “I’m going to sleep now. Sorry to bother you, but I paid, I’m not begging you.” Even if you’re rich, you should still welcome people. A lot of customers are disappointed.

The rooms are new and the location is good, but they let in a lot of outside noise because they aren’t soundproof. The water pump can be especially loud. Every so often, it even sounds like mice are running around on the ceiling.
