We stayed four nights at this newly opened hotel, and the water pressure and heater were great. There's a cafe on the first floor and four floors in total. No lift, but that was fine since we only had backpacks. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One night, roadworks right outside brought heavy thumping at 2 a.m. and woke us up; the staff apologized, though it wasn't something they could control. Sound carries through the rooms, so you can hear people on the stairs. My room had no window, though I'm not sure about the other room types. For the location, I think it's good value.

The cozy, clean feel and convenient location made our seven days at The Palette Bangkok Hotel especially enjoyable. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, smiling, and made sure we were comfortable. They were also quick to help with whatever we needed. Thanks to everyone at The Palette Bangkok, we really felt at home.

The room was small, but clean and nice, and the staff were really friendly and helped with my luggage. There's no elevator. Siam Paragon is just one BTS stop away.

We were very happy here. The place was cute, clean, and kept neat, and the area made it easy to get around on different transport. Walking nearby felt safe too.
