The Plubpla Serviced Apartment

The look of the hotel is appealing, but the stay was poor. The lobby gets very hot since it has no air conditioning, and the staff seemed lifeless. At check-in, they didn't even look up from the desk, and nobody offered help with our bags. They also cut the room's electricity at 11:45 while you're getting ready to check out. The location is rural and bad, and the price is much higher than elsewhere. In the room, the air conditioner barely worked. It was almost 89 degrees Fahrenheit when I entered, and took about an hour to cool down. The shower had hair from previous guests on the walls and blocking the drain, along with soap scum. Water in the refrigerator looked complimentary given the price, but they charged astronomical prices for it at checkout and deducted the amount from the deposit, leaving almost nothing returned. The quality and attention to detail don't match the cost, and the service doesn't make you feel appreciated. I'd rate it 1.3 out of 5, and wouldn't recommend staying here.

I've been in Thailand for a month, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The room was cleaned every day and it was cheap. The bus station is a five-minute walk away, and it costs 9bth per person to get to the center.

It's calm and well priced. The boss was understanding about my booking.

The room was spacious and clean, and the price was good. Service was very good too.
