The location is the only good part. My stay was awful, one of the worst hotels I've lived in. The room was moldy, dirty, worn out and shabby. Lamps had no bulbs, there were no outlets near the beds, and the windows were dirty. The pool was dirty too. Owners, please shut the hotel for a month and get it in order. What's happening now is unacceptable. Otherwise, just close it. Disgusting!

The room smelled bad, and there were no other windows. Rooms directly opposite could see straight in, so I had to keep the curtain shut all the time. There was no privacy.

We ended up stuck in Thailand for a few days after a medical emergency and needed somewhere near the hospital for visits. The Pool Resort was the closest option listed and was reasonably priced. Even though we couldn't speak Thai and the staff couldn't speak English, they were incredibly kind and helpful, and the stay was remarkable. Our room was clean and comfortable. They also provide free bottled water during your stay, and there are drinks and noodles for sale at reception. I'd highly recommend this hotel.
