The staff at the entrance showed no basic professionalism. When I came in, they asked my name, laughed and made fun of me while speaking Thai, which I only partly understand. One of them even called me stupid. The hotel felt old and dilapidated, and was overpriced. The road to get there was hard to access, with construction along the whole route, and the hotel was almost empty, with very few guests. It's also far from amenities. I think the tourism authority should review its rating, since it doesn't qualify as a 3-star hotel. The internet and internal routers were very slow, if they worked at all, and the room had too few electrical outlets in poor locations. Be aware that Agoda and Booking.com are only interested in making money.

The room was clean, well maintained, and peaceful, and for this price what I got was more than worth it. The location is convenient, too. Staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout, and their kindness made the place feel welcoming. Everything exceeded my expectations. I'm already thinking about coming back again.

The location is okay, and there's a good supermarket right opposite. Breakfast is good, but there’s no kitchen for ordering lunch or dinner. This is a very basic hotel, and the rooms are too small.

The rooms are a bit small and don't look very modern, but the service was great. The A/C and hot water both worked really well. The morning breakfast buffet was really good compared with the 4-star hotel we stayed at in Pattaya.
