Shade House - Bitec Bangna

The room was dim with only one light, and the Wi-Fi was slow too. Cleaning was poor: the bed smelled musty, toiletries weren’t refilled and there wasn’t enough toilet paper. They left the previous customer’s drinks in the fridge, and the glass hadn’t been dried properly, with moisture still inside.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. During our 8 nights and days, I saw staff only twice, and there was no receptionist when we arrived. They didn’t speak English, and no one was available when I left a sign asking for the room to be cleaned. The cleanliness was awful: dust everywhere, a very dirty bathroom with mould on the tiles, and a glass petition covered in soap scum that looked untouched. The balcony and sliding glass door were filthy too. The bed linen was stained, the towels were very old and worn, and there was no toilet paper. They supplied a kettle but no cups. No room service, and the room cleanliness gets no stars from me.

We had a great stay, thanks to the super friendly staff. The location is perfect, right by HomePro, 7eleven and BITEC. The rooms are dusty, but they’re due to be renovated.

Good price and close to BITEC. The room was clean, and there’s a 7-11 nearby. No elevator, though.
