Town In Town Garden Resort

The room was awesome, I felt like a rich dude lol. Everything was great. I'll be back!

There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel, and the location is great. The rooms are roomy and the staff were helpful. The place does feel a little dated.

It's handy for restaurants, a 7-Eleven and the gym, but the washing machine was dirty. After I washed my clothes, they had leaves stuck to them that were really hard to remove. The air conditioning still works, though it's old and blasts too strongly, so I couldn't get the temperature comfortable. Also, don't rely on the photos of the pool or room. The pool was dry and the room was dirty. Maybe this used to be a good motel, but it isn't anymore.

At 650 baht for a walk-in, the rate was very reasonable, and I’d still recommend the place. The room and balcony were spacious for the price, and the soi has plenty of food options. It feels more like a service apartment than a three-star hotel, though the building is old and plain. The pool was empty, the garden neglected, the tap leaked, and the toilet seat was poor. The bathtub did work well. Parking is tight. Most spaces behind the hotel are assigned by fixed number plates, leaving only a few for hotel guests. A couple of times I had to park temporarily along the driveway. Service was fair, if not memorable. At checkout they tried to take 300 baht from my deposit over a tiny old blood spot on the sheet under my pillow, which I hadn't moved. They agreed to drop the charge after we showed we had no wounds. The upper floors are monthly apartments.
