The location is handy for travelers, within walking distance of the airport metro line, and the hotel seems decent compared with other nearby choices. The room was basic and dated, with little charm or modern feel, and the rest of the place looked worn out. Noise carries easily, even conversations from two or three doors away. There is a lift, the staff were fine and did what was needed, and daily room cleaning was a plus. They serve simple toast, tea, and coffee outside the room instead of putting tea or coffee in the room. It was satisfactory for a basic, well located stay, as long as you’re not expecting anything fancy.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. 3,000 baht was stolen from my room, and when I reported it, the hotel said its CCTV system was broken and they couldn’t check what happened. I was shocked that there were no working security cameras. Staff took no responsibility and offered no real solution, leaving me feeling unsafe and deeply disappointed. The bedsheets were dirty too. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. Update: After seeing the hotel’s response, I want to clarify that I personally contacted the Front Office on February 10. No bellman advised me, and nobody followed up on February 11. When they reviewed the CCTV, the screen went black after I left the room, and staff couldn’t explain why. No one accepted responsibility or apologized. The hotel’s public statement doesn’t match what happened to me and ignores how poorly the situation was handled.

For the price, the room was quite good, clean, and hygienic, and the staff were good too. The best thing is being close to Pratunam Market and Ratchaprarop Station, with plenty of Indian food nearby. Just don’t expect slippers or a dental kit. Otherwise, all good.

I was disappointed by my recent visit to this money exchange. The two reception staff were unfriendly, making faces and talking among themselves in their own language in a way that felt mocking to us as foreign customers. As tourists, we depend on services like this and expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Their attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
