We've stayed here three times already, and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and it's generally quiet for sleeping unless you happen to have a noisy neighbor. The hotel is near a Buddhist center and central Bangkok by the river, a pleasant spot to spend an evening. Most of the guests seem to be around 30-50 years old. The photo is of the nearby city park.

We've been back for a second stay in Bangkok and would happily return again. The rooms are modern, clean, and have comfortable beds. Everyone on staff is so friendly and always smiling. It's close enough to walk to the MRT and Khao San Road, while being far enough away to feel peaceful and quiet.

The area stays calm during the day and at night, and there are a few nice restaurants nearby. Khaosan Road is about a 10-minute walk. Our double room had its own bathroom, a clean, comfy bed, working air conditioning, handy power outlets, and fast WiFi. Towels were provided and the staff were nice. Thanks : )

The staff were really friendly. They held onto our bags after checkout and left us bottled water each day. The hotel was very clean and in a great part of town. Thank you !

We liked the location enough to stay 10 days, then extend for another week. It's a quiet residential area, but restaurants, bars, laundry, 7-11, and Khao San Road are all close by. For the price, the room was a great deal: clean, with a comfy bed, hot shower, good A/C, and a small fridge. They'll clean the room if you ask. The towels could use replacing. Also, if you're a light sleeper, other guests may wake you by slamming the doors, which are hard to open and close.
