The breakfast had a good range and was fresh, with eggs and omelets cooked to order each day. I stayed six nights on a recent business trip. The hotel is on a quiet soi, less than a five-minute walk from Sukhumvit MRT station. My room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were delightful. The gym and pool are both small, but the gym is enough for a decent workout and the pool is fine for cooling off. Good value, with dining options just a couple of minutes away. I'd book again. Thanks to the whole team at Two Three.

The rooms are cozy and neat, the breakfast is freshly made and delicious, and the staff are very helpful. It's a great bargain in a convenient spot, close to 7-11, MRT and BTS at Asok and Sukhumvit stations, Terminal 21, Srinakharinwirot University, GMMTV, Cowboy steet, restaurants, supermarkets, clinics, and more. Thanks for providing such good accommodation.

This really felt like home: the rooms were clean, the bed was soft, and the staff were lovely. When I had a problem with the AC because an auto timer was set, the manager came to my room and fixed it in five minutes. One suggestion: please add a vegan breakfast option alongside the beef, pork, and chicken dishes, so it's easier for vegetarians. Thanks, I'll be back soon!

The location is handy, right in the center near the BTS and local places to eat, and the rooms feel modern. I noticed a crack in the shower that let water pool on the bathroom floor. I also think the AC filter needs cleaning. Both are minor issues. It worked well for a short visit, though I wouldn’t choose it for a long stay.

I ended up spending much more time in the hotel than planned because I had Covid, and the room was comfortable for that. The bed was great, the air conditioning was quiet and worked well, and the room had a nice amount of space. The lifts were reliable too. It’s in a good spot but stays quiet. I’m not sure why the rating isn’t higher, and I’ll consider it next time I’m in Bangkok.
