The staff and their hospitality are what make United Residence special. They listened, were attentive, and went out of their way to help, making me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. Reception staff greeted me warmly whenever I passed, and the security guard always smiled, helped with parking, and took the car in and out of the parking area. Those thoughtful touches made me feel at home. It was good value for money, and daily housekeeping kept the room clean and comfortable. I also really appreciated having a dedicated washing machine. It made laundry easy, convenient, and economical during my longer stay. I’d definitely recommend United Residence if you’re staying in the Ekkamai area.

Our room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It was exceptionally well placed for a bit of birdwatching, too. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a washer and a nice view for drying clothes. It also had an HD TV, and there’s a small gym on the roof.

A quiet side street just off the main road makes for a peaceful stay, while local food, laundry, and a 7-Eleven are all within walking distance. The BTS and major malls are only a 5-minute ride away. Staff were friendly, and the Wi-Fi was blazing fast. This is a practical, good-value hotel rather than a luxury one, with well-equipped rooms that have a large refrigerator, microwave, washer, balcony, and powerful AC.

I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and really nice for the price. The lobby and rooms were clean, there was daily room cleaning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk people were lively, too. The location is decent, with lots of good restaurants and a 7/11 nearby. Thanks for making my stay memorable. I definitely recommend it.

I spent two weeks here, and it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Bangkok so far. The gym and other amenities are convenient, and both the staff and housekeeping were good and helpful. They speak English and were thoughtful about my booking: I’d booked separate dates but missed one, and they reminded me in time so I didn’t have to find another place to sleep, 55555. It felt like home. 10/10, I’d stay again when I’m back, and I’d recommend it if you’re partying around the Thonglo/Ekamai area.
