The breakfast food was first rate, served in a pleasant open space, and the women preparing and serving it were cheerful and friendly. The man who checked us in was taciturn, though we'd given him no reason to be unfriendly. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere. The design and construction are very good, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly.

The staff were very friendly, but I couldn't wait to leave. The room was dark and dingy with no windows, and it had a really strong, awful drainage smell. There was no safe and lots of mosquitos. The area was okay, but not great, and not really near transport. One day we came back from being out to find WORMS in the shower. They did move us to another room, but that was completely unacceptable. There are better places at similar prices. This just wasn't for me at all.

Spotless and comfortable, with top-tier customer service. A perfect hotel, and highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok.

The staff were kind and very helpful. They let us leave our luggage until we left and printed our train tickets. Everything was great, and as female solo travellers, we felt completely safe.

We had a comfortable stay in clean, up-to-date rooms with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and the host was excellent. They offer excursions at reception, and I'd advise booking through them instead of online, as discounts may be available. I'll definitely book again.
