Vivarium residence

The low price comes with serious problems. There are dogs on the 1st floor barking all day, so it’s hard to sleep, there are too many cockroaches, and fast cars passing near the house make it shake a lot. It felt really scary. When I rented for 2 housw, they charged me 500 baht for a new ice tray, 500 baht for a new remote controller, and 4,500 baht for furniture painting without explaining anything. They also wanted 2,000 bath for water purifier service, even though the machine was from 2008. They seemed nice while I was paying, then treated me badly when I went back.

The landlord charged me 2,000 baht for a water purifier, saying it was a rental. I used to be a Coway driver, so I checked the filter and the rest of it. The machine had been discontinued in 2008 and wasn’t a rental. When I challenged this, he said he’d put it in as a service and had received 2,000 baht. The landlord made the bill himself, and I was charged a ridiculous amount. I hope no one else gets caught out like I was.

The flat was huge, about 300sqm, and right in the heart of Bangkok, close to everything. I stayed at this condo recently and it was the best place of my whole last trip in the city. I highly recommend it.

There is parking, but the owners have filled it with their own cars. When I tried to park there, the security guard wouldn’t let me. It’s ridiculous.
