The owners are a nice, humble family, and it's cheap. The AC works well, and when I got here, the place was cooler than I expected after reading some reviews saying the hotel sucks. But the bed was HARD AS ROCK. OMG, how could I sleep on it? The bathroom had a funny smell too. Trust me, it's that funny. There's not much to do here.

You get a lot for a little money. For 15 guests there are 3 toilets, 3 shower cabins, and 3 big relaxation rooms. The nearby metro BTS is very cool. It's quiet and cozy, the rooms are clean, and sometimes there's live music. Good hosts.

The private double room was horrendous, just a hard mattress on the floor with filthy sheets. The balcony latch didn't feel secure, and there were bottles of urine out there. A huge cockroach was in the filthy bathroom. It was so unhygienic. At least there was air conditioning. The staff weren't friendly. They only said “passport,” and we had to wait ages in a boiling hot room. They left one of our passports in the scanner, and our personal contact details were lying around on the desk. The advertised WiFi didn't reach our room. Maybe the dorms are okay, but I can't understand the good reviews. Squalid, filthy, unsafe, the worst place I've stayed in my whole life. Please don't stay here.

Clean and pleasant, with thoughtful little touches despite the language barrier. For the price, it's more than fair, and I'd recommend it.
