Getting around Betong on foot was easy from Moya Boutique Hotel, with the main town area, markets, places to eat, and local attractions all within walking distance. If you have a car, there’s plenty of parking beside the hotel, in the area shared with the adjacent mosque, which is handy in the busy town center. The family rooms have two large beds and were clean and modern, with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. There’s a welcoming reception area, too. It’s a practical, comfortable base for families, groups, or anyone traveling with their own vehicle.

The room and amenities were good. One small issue, the toilet seat board nut was loose. There’s no lift, which could be inconvenient for elderly guests.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the Betong Clock Tower is close by. The receptionists were so welcoming, always greeting us with big smiles.

What stayed with me was how much care the staff seemed to put into everything, and how smoothly the service went. I loved the whole experience at Moya Hotel. The spaces were spotless, the amenities felt luxurious, and the hotel goes beyond what you’d normally expect. It turned into one of the highlights of my trip.

Parking was easy, the location was okay, and the reception staff were friendly. The room itself was clean, but there was a strong odor in the bathroom and a puke-like smell near the balcony. Water backed up in both the shower and basin, and there were ants on the table.
