The access road could use some work, but that was a small downside for me. Makro is only about 10 minutes away, and the grounds are quiet and nicely kept. I lived at Baan Mesuk for over a year and found it one of the best places I’ve stayed in Hua Hin. The restaurant was handy when I hadn’t managed to shop, and the food was genuinely good. There’s renovation work going on at the moment, though it didn’t cause me any major trouble. The staff were always helpful and quick to respond. It’s a peaceful, comfortable place whether you’re there briefly or for longer.

We arrived at an unusual time, but when I checked whether that was okay, they said it wasn’t a problem. The villa was beautiful and clean. After we’d already returned to Bangkok, they let us know we’d left a music speaker in the room, and kindly sent it back to us. They took such good care of us. We’d love to come again, thank you!

We loved the pool, the restaurant, and the private jacuzzi, and the villas were clean and spacious enough for our group and family. Fern, thank you for a wonderful stay at Baan Mesuk. It felt like a quiet oasis away from the bustle of Hua Hin town centre. We’ll definitely be back next year!

The staff really made this place for me, they were so service-minded, a 10/10. The food was delicious and fairly priced, too. My favorite hidden gem in Hua Hin has lovely gardens and trees around its spacious rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was clean and well cared for. It’s a peaceful spot to relax.

I only planned to stay a few weeks, but I’ve now been here for 15 months. That’s what happens when you like a place. Ban Mesuk, Spa and Resort sits among greenery between Cha-Am and Hua Hin, with the town and beach about 10 minutes away by car. Bolt, Grab, and private cabs can get you into town or to the beach cheaply, and there are plenty of places to shop or eat nearby. The resort is clean, the cuisine is excellent, and the staff are extremely friendly. The management is on site and always ready to help, doing what they can to meet your wishes. It’s a peaceful choice for families and anyone who enjoys quiet. The hotel gym and its impressive 27 × 9 m pool are a great bonus. Thai food is simply outstanding.
