The staff made the stay feel personal. They remembered my name and preferences, and were lovely throughout. For the comfort and service, I thought the price was very fair, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hua Hin. I stayed in the Club Ocean Suite King, which felt like a small apartment, with a huge living area, lots of room to relax, and a stunning balcony view. I also tried all four restaurants, each with its own atmosphere. Nomada Open Fire Grill & Beach Club is great for a long Sunday brunch by the sea, San Marco has an amazing burrata pizza, and The Restaurant and Benjarong both serve delicious Thai food. I had such a beautiful stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin and am already thinking about going back.

The breakfast buffet is a must, and the service is amazing throughout. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, for about two decades, and it never disappoints. The hotel has been around for over thirty years and is extremely well maintained. They could be more flexible about early check-in, though. Lots of people drive from Bangkok and set off early to avoid traffic from road construction.

The kids' activities went beyond what we expected, with the Kids club, Sidecar, Workshop, Mini Farm and Horse Riding. The pool is huge and there’s a separate kids pool too. We also loved the spacious room and delicious breakfast. The staff were helpful and attentive. A special mention to khun Pim and Tinn at Dusit Club Lounge for looking after our family. Nomada has a great vibe, and the Sunday brunch is worth trying. The grilled picanha and shrimp were really good. We’ll definitely be back very soon.

We already miss you! 😎 A big thank you to Khun Wanwisa at the front desk for greeting us with her huge smile every day in Hua Hin, and to Ms Thitichot “Kwang” at the Benjarong restaurant / cafe for her wonderful service at breakfast and during dinner at Benjarong. Everything about our stay was just perfect. The resort was lovely, and every hotel person we met was super friendly and helpful. We booked directly with Dusit last year in May 2025 and got a really good deal that included breakfast. Room 0544 (14-17 Feb 2026)

We went to the lobby for happy hour today, and Annie looked after us so well. She was polite and professional, checked promptly whether we needed anything else, and always had a smile. That service is why I’m still giving five stars. San Marco could use better organization and an experienced person to manage it. Our drinks came after the main course, and my meal didn’t arrive until the other two people at the table had finished.
