A few houses form a small private community, each with a distinctive exterior theme such as Holland or Rome. Each has its own entrance and small pool, which is good for little kids but a bit cramped for adults. There are three bedrooms of varying sizes, with one or two beds, and a games/karaoke room with a small pool table. There’s no kitchen, though the game room has a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. One room beside the games room shares its bathroom with that room, so not every bedroom has a private bathroom. The office and parking are shared, and the lot holds around 7-8 cars. The office closes at 8 PM, but a security guard is on duty overnight. There’s no dining table inside. Outside, there’s a park-bench style table, a BBQ stove, and a park fan.
