There's plenty of parking around the hotel, and it's set away from the noisy main road. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel feels cozy, modern, and clean. Breakfast was nice and service was good too. The place is very well maintained, especially the pool and kitchen. Good work, I felt great staying here.

The room had no fridge, the bath water wasn't clear, and there was no soundproof wall. The guest next door had the TV at max volume after midnight, and the staff weren't very helpful and couldn't speak English. Also be aware of the checkout fee: we were charged 100baht for towels because they thought they were dirty. I've never had this kind of fine at any hotel in Thailand. I said I could remove the stains easily, but they wouldn't let me.

The fluffy pillows and huge beds made me really comfortable, and the staff even arranged a taxi for us. The rooms were clean, service was great, and the facilities and parking were good. It was busy the whole time we stayed. I would have liked a fridge in the studio, but that got me out exploring for cold drinks. There’s also a lobby fridge with complimentary cold water, which was great. Good people, and I couldn’t be happier.

Staff were very unhelpful, and there was a blackout for several hours at night. There’s no room service apart from french fries and nuggets. I bought a bath bomb after staff told me my room had a bathtub, but the tub was actually outside and I hadn’t brought a bathing suit. When I asked for my money back, they refused.
