The rooms were clean and the price felt fair. Sound insulation was poor, though, and you could hear every noise from outside.

I waited from 1:20 to 2:30 pm to check in, but nobody came. The office was unlocked, though I couldn’t find anyone inside, and my calls went unanswered. They finally called back at 4 pm, by which time I’d gone to another hotel. I didn’t know what else to do. A bad experience!

The rooms were clean and matched the photos, and the location is quiet with plenty of parking, so there’s no need to leave your car on the street. It’s close to Chiang Khan Walking Street and has free bicycle rentals. The admin gave great restaurant recommendations and directions. If you find it using Google Maps, I highly recommend staying here.

It’s close to the pedestrian street, and bicycles are free to use. The room was clean but looked a bit worn, and there was no soundproofing. You could hear people walking by and staff dragging things from A to B.
