This was my worst hotel experience. I booked it because I had an early flight and it was close to the airport, but there was nobody at reception at first. It took a while to get staff to come out and give us the key. The room seemed okay until water started leaking in the bathroom and soaked the curtains. The worst part was that I couldn’t find anyone from the staff. Reception looked abandoned, dirty, and dusty. I rang the bell and waited 30 minutes, but nobody came. It felt like I was staying in an abandoned hotel.

I stayed here for the night so I could be at the airport early. The departure hall is about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel is beside a petrol station and a busy main road, and traffic noise is audible around the clock. The room was otherwise fine for an overnight stay. Airport Plaza is about a 10-minute walk and has plenty of food stalls. There are also some fast-food restaurants at the petrol station next door. The hotel doesn’t provide a shuttle. If you can’t walk, Grab or a taxi are options, though both tend to overcharge for the short trip.

Food is close by, and the airport is very near. The Old City is just 15 minutes away.

I didn’t expect the hotel facilities to be so good. It’s well located, very clean, and the staff are always friendly and ready to help. Central Airport Department store is only a 12-minute walk away.
