The room was clean, and the location worked well for me, close to the airport, Central Chiang Mai Airport and Kadmanee Market. I just wish there’d been a chair. The blind also needs replacing since it didn’t block all the light.

We had a great stay. The apartment was spotless, with a comfortable bed and bathroom, and had everything we needed. It was budget friendly, too. Check-in was easy with the key in a locker, and the owner responded quickly whenever we needed her. I’d definitely recommend it.

The corridor was pitch dark, even during the day, so I had to use my phone flashlight to find the room number and unlock the door. The room itself was cramped, there’s no front desk, and checking in was a hassle. Sound carries so badly that I could hear the neighbor farting. There were unexpected bugs around, and at night I felt uncomfortable on my legs and feet, as if I was being bitten while sleeping without pants. There wasn’t even a stool, and bringing food back to the room wasn’t allowed.

For the price, the room itself was really good. But there were several spiders, including some out in plain sight on the table, and lots of ants. I woke up with a bunch of bites on my feet. I don’t mind a place without reception, but then there was no one I could ask for help, and the experience wasn’t great for me. Three stars.
