The bed was very comfortable, though the room was a bit small. There was a safe and a shower with a water heater, but it barely did anything. No balcony or free meals, and the only view from the window was the parking lot. The hotel is quite far down a street, so getting there isn't easy, though it's still near the local shopping center “Maya central”.

The price is good, and it's easy to get around on foot. Restaurants, massage places, hair salons, and pretty much everything I wanted to visit are nearby. The room was ordinary and the toilet door a little old, but that was fine. When I mentioned an air conditioner problem, staff took responsibility straight away and fixed it quickly.

I liked staying here. It's clean, modern, and cheap, with a good location. The hotel is big and they can usually find a room on demand. The front desk is open 24/7, and the people are nice. They give you water every day and clean the room. I thought it was really good value for money.

The black mold in my room was extensive, so I left early and immediately booked another hotel. I contacted Trip.com, and they reached out to the hotel for me, but the hotel still refused to refund the booking. They said I should have asked to change rooms at reception. Given the state of the room I was assigned, I doubt another one would've been much better. I wouldn't feel confident staying somewhere that might paint over black mold instead of dealing with it properly. I'm extremely disappointed in both the health standards and the lack of customer care.
