Charming hotel in a huge and lush garden setting. It is obvious that a lot of love and attention to detail went into the place, the rooms, the houses, the decoration. This is not your run off the mill standard 5 star hotel. It's is a bit quirky, not everything is as perfect as it should be, but it's very charming with lots of character. Beats any Marriott hands down for me, particularly considering the very fair pricing. Good getaway from the city. Mid distance between old city and Maerim so it's a good starting point for day trips to Mae sa, Mon Jam. We stayed in a villa with 5 bedrooms and a kitchen. As with most places here, water pressure wasn't great, but shower was hot enough. Helpful and friendly staff got floaties for the kids when we went swimming, and accommodated our requests. Breakfast was limited to the same 3 main choices - Western (toast, croissant, eggs, bacon, ham, hotdog), Thai (congee/porridge with fried dough stick) and Chiang Mai (sticky rice with grilled pork, spicy northern sausage and p

I took Grab from Central Festival, and Grab has 60 baht off discount if pick-up or drop-off at Central Festival,therefore, it was about 60 baht to get to the hotel. If you want to go old town during your stay, they have one way free ride to Nimman Road. The hotel owns vast properties but inside the room many spaces being wasted don't know why. I rented autobike here, about 300 baht for 24h,but paid extra 50 baht for pick-up fees, not acceptable. there are some national parks and take only few hours by driving.
