The location was amazing, and the pool was lovely with plenty of places to sit, though it would have been nice if it were serviced. Our room was great, but our travel companions' room smelled damp and had poor air conditioning. There's a cheap, good laundry right across the road. We'd definitely return.

The hotel feels wonderfully peaceful, and the pool area is beautiful. It's an easy walk to lots of nice cafes and bars. Our clean, cosy room was tidied every day. They can arrange excursions too; we went to the Grand Canyon water park and everything went smoothly. A lovely little place in Chiang Mai's old town.

That little pool felt like a quiet oasis in the middle of Chiang Mai, and the hotel itself has plenty of charm. We had clean, comfortable rooms, with probably the nicest bed we slept in in Thailand. There are so many good places to eat within a ten-minute walk. The bathroom was the one drawback: it got very humid and had no ventilation of its own.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the service was friendly. It rained while I was there, so I missed out on the pool, though the surroundings looked nice. There isn't an elevator, but you can ask for help with heavy luggage. I also loved the shampoo and conditioner, they worked well for my hair.
