We had a great four-night stay and extended by one more night without any hassle. The room was roomy, nicely equipped, and had a very large, comfortable bed. The location worked well for us, with most of the old town walkable from there. Inside, it was private and we barely heard any road traffic. The laundry service was reasonably priced and had everything back in just a few hours. A couple of things might have shrunk slightly, but I was still very satisfied. I’d stay again, 10/10.

We were on the balcony floor and had quiet nights, with no traffic noise. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom. Check-in was easy, and the person working there was friendly and helpful. There are markets and cafes nearby, and plenty of temples within walking distance. Definitely recommend it 😊

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with nothing we could fault. The location also made our stay in Chiang Mai easy: everything we needed was within a short walk, including some excellent restaurants and a fantastic café called The Sunday Baker.

A workspace is the one thing missing, but otherwise it had what I needed. The bed was really nice, which isn't something I take for granted in Thailand, where they're often hard as a floor. There was a hot shower, good WiFi, and quality linen. It's quiet, although you can hear nearby traffic, and it isn't loud. Communication with management was easy over WhatsApp. I ended up staying longer than planned.

A clean, simple place that worked well for sleeping. The staff were attentive, the room was cleaned daily, and they replenished the water every day. The night market or street food gate marketplace is about a half-hour walk away, and there’s street food close by too. I recommend it.
