I lived here for two years and really appreciated how helpful the owner was. The rooms were quite acceptable, and it’s a quiet place to live, with the city still fairly accessible from here. There are local food shops nearby, as well as a gym and 7-11, though you’ll need a motorcycle to reach them. Big C is close too. You can get to the apartment from the main highway or along the smaller roads, so Google Maps works fine. It’s a handy home base for getting around the city. I really appreciate all the help from the owner!

Rooms vary in size, but the price is good. Electricity costs quite a lot, while water doesn’t. It’s outside the city, so having your own transport is best, though Grab, Panda, and Line Man are usually close by. There are places to eat, an awesome gym, a market, and a 7/11 nearby. Cable and free, pretty fast internet are included too. The rooms are clean and updated, the staff are good, and the quality feels more like a 3-star place than a 2-star. It’s a great place, and actually better than some of the so-called 4-stars in the city. If you can get a room here, you’re lucky.

For 4,000 baht a month, this is a very affordable and comfortable place with a quiet, nature-like setting outdoors. The deposit is also 4,000 baht. If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, you could choose this place.

The walls between rooms seem so thin that you can hear other guests snoring, flushing, showering, and even moaning. The TV is another issue. Getting here is difficult even with Google Maps. One route takes you through rough, unpaved roads and a savanna-like stretch with grass so tall it feels like a lion or thieves could jump out. The other is via the highway, where the entrance is hard to spot, so you end up making lots of U-turns and exits.
