The place was loud all night, with music going until the early hours and people returning from nights out making a lot of noise. I tried reaching them through booking.com and WhatsApp, but nearly a week later I still hadn't heard back. I also had to pay 250 to have the room cleaned. The location and price were good, but that was about all I liked. I wouldn't stay again.

After a long 10hr train ride from Bangkok, I arrived around 8 pm and was locked out. The street entrance has no sign, it opens with a code, and I hadn't been given the code. There were no check-in staff. Luckily, another guest was leaving just after I arrived and let me in. Other guests helped me get the manager on WhatsApp, since they only respond remotely there. I almost left to find another place and didn't care if I lost my booking. The timing of that guest leaving was the only thing that got me off the street. You have to check yourself in using keys in a locker, and I also slipped on a puddle on the concrete floor. The industrial graffiti-style room decor looked like a teenage boy's bedroom and didn't match the nice photos on Booking.com. The stay added to my travel stress and made me realize how much I can't stand poor management, especially after a long train ride. The location is nice, within walking distance of food, music, clothes, and pubs. If money isn't a concern, I'd spend a little more for somewhere closer to the river, with staff who add value to the holiday.

The bathroom was gross, and there wasn't even a fridge. The host never sent the check-in details or entry code, so I was stuck outside all night in the rain. I messaged but got no reply. Staff didn't speak any English and completely ignored me when I asked to leave my luggage before check-in. Avoid this place, it was brutal.

The staff were super nice, but there was a toilet leak that turned the floor into a lake. The manager never came to deal with it. The walls were very thin, and the guys upstairs partied until 6 am. There was nobody at reception to report either the leak or the noise to. Avoid it if you can.
