Chanapat Hotel

The beds were so comfortable that, while I’m still traveling, I honestly wish I were back there. The rooms were clean, with soft pillows, a big fridge, a glass table, and lots of plugs. The balcony was nice to have, even though the view was limited to a little of the mountain. The aircon was great, there’s an elevator, and I think the wifi was pretty good. The staff were friendly, and the house cleaners were amazing. I was visiting friends in the area, so the location worked well for me. There are lots of dogs around. You really need a vehicle here, although you can walk to a tiny gym and food market about 20 minutes away, perhaps on Monday and Wednesday. There’s also a 711 and a few small shops. Prices do vary by day and on weekends, and they just check the computer, like lots of hotels do.

Being so close to the airport made things easy, but the place was still quiet and peaceful, so we could properly rest. Our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable after a long day of travel. It felt like a little calm retreat, and we loved staying here. We’d definitely pick it again.

The view was lovely, and there’s a local market nearby. It’s also close to the airport. Our room was very clean, and the operator and receptionist were so nice. I recommend it.

I felt at home during my two weeks at the Chanapat Hotel. The rooms and whole property were extremely clean, the price was great, and the service was excellent. Bi at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and everyone else was kind too. It’s a good spot if you want to get away from the crowds and noise in central Chiang Mai, while still being close to the airport. I rented a bicycle and found lovely semi-rural places to explore nearby. I also rode into the city center almost every day; once you figure out the quieter roads, it’s easy. I highly recommend staying here.
