The staff are really friendly, and there's plenty of parking for both scooters and cars. The rooms have a fresh style and newer appliances, which is hard to beat for the price. Rooms can get a little warm, but the new AC works well. Free Wi-Fi is handy, though the speed is limited.

The grounds have had some upgrades since my first visit, but the prices, rooms, and quality are still top notch. I first stayed here in 2018 when I arrived in CM, left in 2019, and have only just returned for the first time since. The people who work here are so sweet that I'm leaving a review even though I worry you'll take my room. I can't thank the front desk staff enough for their generosity and for making check-in and checkout effortless. I'll be back next time I'm in CM. Till we meet again W 🙏

The staff were genuinely helpful and kind. I had to leave quite urgently, but they transferred my deposit without any trouble. I stayed for a few months and loved it. When I moved in, the building and furniture were new and modern, and everything was well maintained. The place was kept spotless. The room feels more like a small apartment, though it doesn't have a full kitchen. Highly recommended!

The management and staff were super helpful. The younger man who replied to all my FB messages and met me on my first night spoke excellent English. I stayed a month on the 7th floor and never saw a cockroach. The building is clean, modern, and easy to live in. It's the most thoughtfully designed apartment I've lived in in Thailand, across the 2.5 cumulative years I've spent living here, with lots of electrical outlets and a really nice half-size fridge. It looks sparse, with no art or extras, but there's potential to make it feel like home. You could buy or maybe rent a hotplate to make the small kitchen more useful. At a minimum of 7k/month in high season, it's not cheap, though still a decent deal. Tourists sometimes end up in worse places for more money because they don't look around, so this is a good middle option for western-style accommodation. There is a resto/bar across the street and another down on the left. As far as I could tell, they play annoying, fairly terrible live music every evening, sticking pretty closely to 18:00-00:00. If you're very sensitive to noise at night, that could be a problem. You can choose the other side of the building to avoid the music, but then you'll hear the freeway, so either way it's a bit like white noise. I was fine with it.
